$250 (included in overall price, if hired)
A typical consultation takes between 60-90 minutes. At that time we will tour the house together and go over your needs.
Rearranging and De-cluttering only*

Rearranging and de-cluttering the main living spaces of your home. (Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room) This price is also based on an average size home (2000sqft) and does not include cleaning. If more rooms are needed, additional cost will be incurred.
Service Fees (Cleaning, Painting, etc)

Your project may incur additional charges from other professionals, like professional cleaning, painting, or refinishing surfaces, and other tasks to make your house look great to prospective buyers. Average cost of this for an average size home (2000sqft) is $1000.
Staging Fee
Starting @ $500
$500 to $700 per room for the first month (based on 3-4 average sized rooms), which averages $2,000 for initial setup.
Rental Fees
Starting @ $500
$500 to $700 per room for each additional month (based on 3-4 average sized rooms), which averages $2,000/month.
