Mike started flipping properties 20+ years ago and fell in love with real estate. He flipped multiple properties while living in them, going to school and/or working. He purchased a restaurant a few years later and quickly realized, he also loved being an owner/entrepreneur. He owned many businesses and met Christy while in the restaurant industry. Christy worked in sales and was introduced to Mike through a mutual friend. They knew of each other and ran in similar circles, but their paths didn't cross again until years later. When their paths did cross, they quickly fell in love and were married within 6 months. They now have 4 beautiful children and a blossoming house-flipping business!

After Mike was bitten by the restaurant bug, he worked in the industry for many years owning several different properties. Once he and Christy started having kids, he realized that he was ready to move on and get away from the late nights of restaurant life and instead he started a residential painting business. This business led to many home renovations, and an abundance of new contacts. As demand grew, Mike then started bringing Christy in to help his clients design and stage their properties. But, it wasn't until they purchased their first flip, that they realized their joint LOVE for flipping properties - It was instant! They walked into the property that many others had said, "Oh gross - NO WAY" and said, "YES!" After their first successful flip, clients started asking for their help to find and flip their perfect home. And with that, Flipt Saint Louis w/ Christy and Mike, was born.
